Custom Design & Artwork Approval Policy
1. Proof Approval & Final Authorization Prior to production, all custom apparel designs (including artwork, print placement, sizing, spelling, colors, and shirt specifications) will be submitted to the client for final review. Production will begin strictly after written approval (via signature, email, or digital approval link) is provided by the client.
2. No-Refund & Final Sale Policy Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of custom printed clothing, all orders are final once the client approves the design proof.
Once written approval is granted, order changes, cancellations, and refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The client accepts full responsibility for reviewing all aspects of the proof (including orthography, graphic alignment, font selection, and color accuracy) prior to granting approval.
3. Quality Assurance & Exceptions Refunds or reprints will only be issued if the delivered product exhibits a physical manufacturing defect or a clear printing error that deviates significantly from the approved proof.
